These height insoles work great! They support my weight, they give me that extra lift I want when I want it, and overall really comfortable. I would strongly recommend Add Height for any of the short guys, in between guys, or big guys! I'm a bit over 6 feet tall in these and I notice people treat me with more respect now.

Comfortable and good support. Love wearing these shoe lifts! Used to wear something called elevator shoes, not for me. Good thing about heel lifts is that you can put them in other shoes.

The truly great thing about this shoe lift is that they’re comfortable. I can wear these things all day and completely forget I’m wearing a height insole. I'm short, so I like having a little heel lift, but most of them are rigid, uncomfortable, and slip out of place. Not these! They're amazing.

I went on three interviews. I was offered all three jobs. These shoe lifts took some getting used to, but it did wonders for my confidence. People start to look at you differently when you are tall. I used to wear elevator shoes before, but man were they uncomfortable. Prefer these height insoles instead. At least, I can put them in other shoes.

This is one of my favorite purchases in a while. I'm actually about average height, but I've always wanted something to give me that extra bit of lift when sharing vertical real estate with women in high heels. These height insoles does exactly what I hoped it would. It fits and stays right against the back of your heel and is just the right thickness that you barely even notice you're wearing it. First time buyer of shoe lifts, not disappointed here.

These definitely beat wearing high heels! I spent an entire weekend walking, and normally I'd be elevating my feet and complaining by the end of one long day of shopping and running around ­but not this time. After three solid days on my feet, I didn't have a single complaint. The height insoles stayed in place, felt amazing, and kept me from getting sore feet the whole time. Loving Add Height!

They get the job done. You may want to order a couple at a time, to keep in different shoes. Overall, these height insoles are good, they make a difference in height that you'll notice. Really impressed with these shoe lifts!

I bought these heel lifts because of posture alignment issues, to help with my arch and they also give my heals some extra comfort since I have flat feet. It stays firmly in place all day and doesn’t move around, which is fantastic. I don’t think I’ll go a day without Add Height and I would highly recommend it.

These shoe lifts have definitely saved the day on more than one occasion. I bought these height insoles to help me add some height and they work like a dream. They’re soft, wide enough at the arch to not dig into the middle of my foot, and have a perfect taper. I will likely order another pair of add height for my other shoes!

This height insole is probably the best heel lift out there at the moment that gives you a bit of height and is actually comfortable. There are some pretty bad ones out there, but Add Height is actually pretty good, and isn't cheap.
